Found black knit scarf with fox embroidery

I found a black knit scarf this afternoon around 3pm outside the Utica Public Library on Genesee Street. It's a thick wool-blend scarf about 60 inches long, in good condition with just a bit of pilling from wear. The standout feature is a small silver fox embroidery near the left end, plus a faint leather tag stitched on the inside.
