Blue U.S. passport with gold seal found

I found a blue U.S. passport this afternoon around 4:15pm on Genesee Street, near the Utica Public Library, in the Utica-Rome-Oneida area. The cover is a dark blue with the gold seal and the word PASSPORT clearly visible. It’s a bit worn: the spine is creased and there’s a small coffee ring on the back cover. Inside the cover there’s a tiny NY logo sticker on the inner flap, which should help identify it.
