Blue plush dragon with rainbow wings

I lost my blue plush dragon with rainbow wings yesterday around 3pm outside the Utica Public Library on Genesee Street. The toy is about 12 inches tall, soft fabric, bright blue with multicolor rainbow wings. There’s a tiny tear on the left wing and a red felt heart stitched on its chest, with the name 'Draco' embroidered in silver thread. It was a gift to my daughter last Christmas, and she still asks for it every day. If you’ve seen it, I’d really appreciate getting it back—I'll swing by the library to pick it up.
