Blue plush dragon with rainbow mane found

I found a soft blue plush dragon with a rainbow mane this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Utica Public Library on Genesee Street. It stands about 12 inches tall and is in pretty good shape, just a little worn from lots of hugs. It has a tiny stitched star on its left paw and a red ribbon looped through an ear tag that reads 'Dreamland Toys.' The colors are bright, and there's a small crease along the belly where it's clearly been loved. If you recognize it, drop me a note here so I can reunite it with its owner in Utica-Rome-Oneida.
