Found paperback copy of Dune by Frank Herbert

I found a paperback copy of Dune this afternoon around 2:15pm, sitting on a bench outside the Starbucks on South Broadway Ave near the Rose Garden in Tyler. It's a blue-softcover edition with a creased spine and yellowed pages; there’s a small coffee stain on the back cover and a dog-eared page 237. Tucked inside is a bright orange sticky note with the name 'Alex' scrawled in neat handwriting.
