I found a pair of radios this afternoon around 4:30 PM near the Tyler Municipal Rose Garden gate on Rose Park Drive. They were tucked behind a bench, still warm from the sun, with a forgotten wrapper and the scent of fresh mulch nearby. One radio has a green casing with a chipped corner; the other is black with a bent antenna. I figured someone out there is missing these and would want them back, so I left them where people pass by the gate and take photos among the roses. It felt hopeful to help someone reunite with a small piece of their day.

Found Postcards near Tyler Rose Garden, East TX

I was walking along the Tyler Rose Garden path on Saturday at 2:10 PM when I found a neat stack of vintage postcards left on a bench. They show old street scenes of Tyler, with a few notes scrawled on the backs. It felt like stumbling onto a memory box, and I imagined how meaningful these would be to someone who sent or collected them. Navy knit scarf with compass embroidery

I found this navy knit scarf this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Broadway Square Mall parking lot on S. Broadway Ave in Tyler. It's about 60 inches long, a soft wool blend, with a light gray edge stripe and a small compass-embroidered patch near the far end. The tag reads 'Uniqlo', and the fabric shows a little pilling from wear but it's clean and ready to wear. It's in decent shape and I'm glad to help get it back to its owner. Red lacquer snare drum with initials A.J.

I found this red lacquer snare drum this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Tyler Public Library on College Ave, Tyler, East TX. It’s a 14-inch snare with a bright red sparkle finish, chrome hardware, and a dent on the rim near the throw-off. There’s a black circular sticker on the shell with the initials 'A.J.' and a small white scuff along the edge. It looks loved and could use a new home—no case came with it. I found a blue and white ceramic mixing bowl with a wooden spoon resting inside it outside the Starbucks at Broadway Square Mall on South Broadway Ave in Tyler this afternoon around 3:15pm. The bowl is about 8 inches across, with a glossy glaze and a tiny chip on the rim. The spoon has a small heart carved into the handle and a faint 'EcoMix' stamp on the bottom. It looked recently used, with a little flour dust and a coffee smear near the rim. If you’re the owner, I’d be glad to get it back to you—we could meet at the Starbucks or in the mall parking lot.

Silver-tone hoop earrings with turquoise teardrops

I found a pair of silver-tone hoop earrings with turquoise teardrop charms this afternoon around 2:30pm on the sidewalk outside the Broadway Square Mall entrance along S Broadway Ave in Tyler. Each hoop is about 1 inch in diameter, with a small turquoise teardrop bead that catches the light. One earring has a tiny scratch on the turquoise bead, and the back of that earring is a little bent, but they’re in decent shape overall.
