Found a friendly green parakeet in a backyard near Tyler, East TX.

I found a lovely green parakeet in my backyard yesterday, which is located close to Tyler, East TX. He seemed a bit scared but is in good health. He's chirping away and seems friendly. I've tried looking around the area for an owner, but no one seems to be searching for him. If you think he might belong to you, please get in touch!
