Plush dragon toy found near Falls Park

I found a small plush dragon toy this afternoon around 2:45pm near the playground at Falls Park in Twin Falls. It's bright blue with neon green spikes along its back, purple wings, and a tiny red scarf that still holds its shape. The fabric is a little worn from play, and the dragon has a small stitched emblem on its foot—the letters 'FD' in white thread. I picked it up on the gravel path by the gazebo next to the duck pond.
