Silver bracelet with heart charm found near The Strip

I found a silver-toned bracelet this afternoon around 1:15pm outside the Student Union on The Strip, along University Boulevard in Tuscaloosa. It's a slim curb-chain bracelet, about 7 inches long, in good condition with a small heart charm that has a tiny blue enamel star.
