Navy blue US passport in black sleeve

I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on The Strip, University Boulevard, in Tuscaloosa. It was tucked inside a black protective sleeve and has a small coffee stain on the back cover plus a tiny dent on the bottom edge. This passport is essential for an upcoming international trip, and it means a lot to me because it was the first passport I got with a decent photo.
