Red Rabbitgoo dog harness with reflective stripe

I found this red Rabbitgoo dog harness this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Publix on US-1 in Jensen Beach, Treasure Coast. It's a small-size nylon harness with a black quick-release buckle and a light blue reflective strip along the chest strap. There’s a tiny copper ID tag on the leash ring engraved with 'Milo' that’s faded a bit. The harness looks relatively new and clean, with just a bit of dust from the parking lot.
