Gray tabby with blue collar found near Port St. Lucie

I found a cat this afternoon around 4:30pm near the Publix on Port St. Lucie Blvd. It's a gray tabby with white paws, about 12 pounds, and a slightly frayed light-blue collar with a small yellow bell. The cat looked well-fed and friendly, purring as I approached. It seemed used to being handled and even responded to a name— Milo? — though there was no visible ID and I couldn't locate a microchip.
