Silver bracelet with emerald charm

I lost my silver bracelet with an emerald heart charm yesterday around 3pm near the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library on Michigan Street, by the riverfront. It's a slim, 6.5-inch bracelet with a delicate heart-shaped emerald charm, and the inside of the lobster clasp is engraved with the initials 'P.P.' This bracelet was a gift from my grandmother and has huge sentimental value; I wore it every day and I felt lost without it.
