Missing person: Maya Chen, teen in red hoodie

I lost my sister, Maya Chen, yesterday around 3 PM near Promenade Park along the Maumee River in downtown Toledo. She's 16, about 5'2", with shoulder-length black hair usually in a loose ponytail. She was wearing a red hoodie, a gray jacket, blue jeans, and white sneakers. She also has a small crescent-shaped scar on her left wrist and wears a silver hoop earring in her left ear.
