Blue insulin pen in gray sleeve with red heart

I lost my blue insulin pen yesterday around 3pm near the Toledo Public Library on Adams Street downtown. It's in a light gray silicone sleeve with a bright blue cap and a small red heart sticker on the sleeve. The pen is essential for my daily diabetes management, and I really need it back. If anyone picked it up, please let me know; I’m worried about being able to manage my medication without it.
