Found keys with blue fox charm near Texoma Plaza

I found a set of keys this morning around 7:15am in the Texoma Plaza parking lot behind the Texoma Public Library on Oak Street. They're on a black metal ring with four keys and a bright blue enamel fox charm. One key has a small dent near the bow, another is a standard house key, and there's a car key with a worn red fob that bears a faint Toyota emblem. There’s also a tiny white tag marked A-7.
