Black Travelon passport holder with red interior

I found a black Travelon passport holder with a red interior this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Destiny USA mall entrance on Clinton Street, Syracuse. It's a compact, zippered case about the size of a passport, with RFID protection and a tiny scuff on the bottom corner. Inside are a few cards and a faded boarding pass; there’s a small luggage tag loop still attached.
