Silver Seiko 5 watch with black leather strap

I lost my silver Seiko 5 automatic watch yesterday around 3pm. It's a 40mm stainless-steel case with a black dial and white markers, paired with a black leather strap. There’s a tiny scratch on the bezel at the 2 o'clock position and the strap has a frayed seam near the keeper. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me, so I’m really hoping to get it back. I was outside the Coffee Cup Café on Main Street in Susanville when the wind started howling and I must have set it down on the bench by the entrance.
