Navy blue passport in black leather sleeve

I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Susanville Library on Main Street. The passport is the standard size, with a slightly worn navy cover and a small coffee stain along the back edge, tucked into a black leather sleeve that's creased from travel. It has sentimental value because it was a gift for a family trip years ago, and I’m booked to fly internationally next week, so I’m really worried.
