Found friendly orange tabby cat wearing a blue collar near Sullivan's Pond.

Description

I found a friendly orange tabby cat wandering around Sullivan's Pond in Susanville this afternoon. It seems well-fed and healthy, wearing a blue collar with some worn-out tags. It was meowing for attention and followed me for several blocks. I've named him Mr. Whiskers temporarily while I try to locate his owner.
