Found dog: Golden retriever mix with blue collar

I found a medium-sized dog this afternoon around 3:15 pm behind Safeway on Main Street, near the Circle K. It’s a golden-brown mixed breed, about 50 pounds, with a bright blue reflective collar and a silver heart tag engraved 'Lucy.' There’s a tiny white star patch on its chest and a faint scar above the right eyebrow. The dog seemed calm and well cared for, happy to greet me but a bit cautious at first. I’d really love to get him back to his family asap—he looked relieved when I approached and wagged his tail.
