14k gold ring with sapphire, initials inside

I lost my 14k gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the Safeway on Main Street in Susanville. It’s a slim, 0.5-inch wide band with a small sapphire set in a bezel. There’s a tiny dent on the outside and the inside is engraved with the initials 'AP'. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me, so I’m really hoping it turns up. If anyone found it, I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back; this little ring really carries sentimental value for me.
