On Tuesday evening, around 7:25 PM, I was cleaning up after dinner in my apartment near the OSU Library, just off the campus quad, when I realized my toaster was missing. It’s a small two-slot stainless model I’ve used every morning for years, and it’s hard to replace on a student budget. I left the kitchen to grab towels from the laundry room, and in that quick moment it must have disappeared.
