Lost green parakeet Pico with blue tail

Hey, I lost my green parakeet Pico yesterday around 3pm near the Statesboro Public Library on Main Street. Pico is a small green parakeet about 6 inches long, with a bright blue tail and a yellow crown patch. He has a clipped wing from a vet visit and wears a tiny brass leg band with the number 42. He’s a gentle guy who loves sunflower seeds and perching on shoulders, and he’s sentimental to me—he was a gift from my sister who passed away last year. If anyone finds him, I’d be forever grateful; I’m really worried and miss him a lot.
