Beagle mix with red collar lost in St Cloud

Yesterday around 3pm I lost my beagle mix, Luna, near Riverside Park by the Mississippi River trail in St. Cloud. She's about 25 pounds, tan and white, with a red collar and a blue ID tag that says Luna. She has a small white heart-shaped patch on her chest, and her left ear flops while the right stays perked. She's friendly but a little shy around strangers, and she means the world to me after all these years. If you've seen her, please let me know—I’d really appreciate any info, especially if you spotted her near Munsinger Gardens, Riverside Park, or the library on West Saint Germain Street.
