Found paintings near Cocoa Beach Public Library, 11:40 a.m.
At 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday, I found two framed paintings leaning against a bench outside the Cocoa Beach Public Library along A1A. I picked them up and brought them to the front desk to see if anyone would claim them. The canvases look well cared for, with a few smudges that suggest they’ve been loved. I’d feel better knowing they’re back with their owner through the Space Coast community.

I lost my Kenner Luke Skywalker action figure from 1977, still in its original blister packaging. It's about 3.75 inches tall, with a blue jumpsuit and white vest; the packaging is a little dusty and there's a tiny crease on the bottom edge. I last had it yesterday around 3pm near the Cocoa Beach Pier on Minuteman Causeway off A1A. There's a small pencil inscription on the back of the card that reads 'LJ-78,' a unique identifying feature, and this figure carries a lot of sentimental value for me.

I found a vintage 1960s G.I. Joe action figure this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Cocoa Beach Pier on Minuteman Causeway. It’s about 12 inches tall, with a tan plastic body, blue fatigues, and a bright red helmet that has a small white star decal on the side. It comes with a tiny metal backpack and a pistol accessory, though the packaging is long gone. The figure shows wear—a bit of paint chipping at the elbows and knees, a faint salt stain, and some sun fade from years on display. Found a small display case packed with a vintage enamel pin collection yesterday around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Cocoa Village Market on Brevard Ave, Space Coast. It features about a dozen pins with red, blue, and gold tones—space-themed stuff like a Space Shuttle badge, a tiny red rocket, and a gold NASA globe—mounted on black velvet lining inside the case. The glass lid has a small dent, and there’s a handwriting tag on the back that reads 'Elena 1994' in pencil. I lost my grey Garmin Forerunner 245 watch with a black silicone strap yesterday around 3pm. I was running along Minuteman Causeway near the Cocoa Beach Pier, outside the Cocoa Beach Surf Company, when I must have set it down on a bench or left it near the bike racks. It's a slightly scuffed grey bezel, with a small dent on the corner and a faint scratch across the screen, but the display still works and the strap is comfy. It means a lot to me for training and it has sentimental value—I've worn it daily since my mom got sick, and I really need it back. I lost my daughter's favorite purple teddy bear with a red bow while we were at the park near Space Coast. We were playing by the playground, and I realized it was missing when we got home. It's in very good condition and has a little tag that says 'Cuddles'. If anyone finds it, please let me know!
