Lost: Passports in Southwest Mississippi
Last Thursday around 4:45 PM, I realized my passports were missing from my backpack after I left the Natchez Visitor Center along the Natchez Trace Parkway in Natchez, Mississippi. I had been taking photos of the riverfront and chatting with a local guide; I must have left them on a bench near the entrance. They’re in a black passport holder with a blue cover and my name printed inside. I’m anxious about travel plans next week and fear someone could misuse them—please know they are extremely important to me.
Pair of concert tickets to Red River Festival
I found two glossy concert tickets this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the USM Student Union on West 4th Street in Hattiesburg, Southwest MS. They're for the Red River Festival, printed on white stock with a red logo, about 6 by 2.5 inches, and they have a perforated stub. Seats are Section B, Row 12, Seats 12A and 12B; the barcode is still visible but the edges show a slight crease. One ticket has a tiny blue 'VIP' sticker on the back; the other has a small pencil doodle of a guitar in the corner and a faint coffee stain on the back. They look to be in good condition overall. I know how easy it is to misplace something like this, so I figured someone might be worried and want them back.
