Lost blue dog collar with dog-themed tags and a silver bell in Riverside Park.

I lost my dog's collar while walking him in Riverside Park in Southern Illinois. The collar is blue, has a few cute dog-themed tags attached, and there's a little silver bell on it. I realized it was missing when we got home and I can't stop worrying about it. My dog, Max, feels so bare without it. If anyone finds it, please let me know!
