Navy parka with orange lining lost in Southeast Iowa

I lost my navy parka with an orange lining yesterday around 3pm near the Burlington Public Library on Main Street in Southeast Iowa. It's a medium Columbia parka, fleece-lined hood, knee-length, with bright orange zipper pulls and a small coffee stain on the inside label. There’s a tiny snag along the left sleeve and my initials 'AP' stitched inside the pocket as a personal detail. It felt like a practical companion during this chilly season, and it has sentimental value because it was a gift from my mom.
