Hand-painted ceramic vase with mint glaze

I lost my hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm. It's about 9 inches tall, with a mint-green glaze, tiny gold specks, and the bottom is signed 'L. Chen 2023.' There's a small chip on the rim I noticed after a quick check this morning. I last had it in the parking lot behind the Main Street Market in Mount Pleasant, Southeast IA, near the old bank building, and it could have rolled into a nearby antique shop window. It means a lot to me because my grandmother gave me a similar piece, and I'd really appreciate getting it back.
