Gray tabby cat with red collar missing

Hey, I lost my gray tabby cat yesterday around 3pm. She's medium-sized, mostly gray with white paws and chest, green eyes, and a tiny white speck on her nose; she’s wearing a bright red collar with a small silver bell and a tiny green enamel heart charm. Last seen near the Hy-Vee on Agency Street in Burlington, Southeast IA, heading toward the riverfront by the railroad tracks. She has a slight kink in her tail and a small scar on her right hind leg. This cat means a lot to me—it's my daily comfort and she’s been a gift in my life; I’m really hoping she’s safe and can come back soon.
