Blue plush dragon with orange scarf, 12 inches

I lost my blue plush dragon toy yesterday around 3pm near the Friday Harbor ferry terminal on Spring Street. It's a soft, 12-inch dragon with an orange scarf and embroidered eyes, plus a small teal patch on the right wing where a seam was repaired. The fabric is a bit worn from years of hugs, and it's been a favorite for my 4-year-old daughter, which is why it's so hard to part with.
