Red dog harness with reflective stripe

I found a red dog harness this afternoon around 2:15 pm in the parking lot behind Save Mart on Main Street in Yreka. It's a medium size, nylon with a bright reflective stripe along the chest strap, and a black plastic buckle that shows a little wear. The inside lining has a small faded paw-print sticker and a tiny pull tear near the buckle from a few runs. It's in decent shape overall, clean and sturdy enough for a quick walk.
