Lost glucose meter with white case near Safeway, Yreka

I lost my white OneTouch UltraMini glucose meter yesterday around 3pm near the Safeway on Main Street in Yreka. It's a small white rectangular device, about the size of a credit card, with a light blue heart sticker on the front and a tiny crack along the bottom edge. Inside the case there are a few test strips and a folded receipt; there’s a label with my name inside the lid. This monitor is essential for managing my diabetes, and it has sentimental value because it was a gift from my late mother. If anyone finds it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
