Found a friendly blonde Labrador Retriever with a pink collar near Lake Siskiyou.

I found a friendly blonde Labrador Retriever wandering around Lake Siskiyou this morning. She seems well taken care of and has a pink collar but no tags. I've been looking for her owner, as she appears to be lost and is quite anxious. If you think she might be yours, please reach out!
