Description
I lost my tote of holiday decorations last night around 9:15 p.m. after helping decorate for the city Christmas display in Sioux City. It was in the back seat of my car parked near the Tyson Events Center, and it held garlands, lights, a few fragile ornaments, and a wreath we’d planned to hang at the community center.
