Blue US passport (Passports) lost in Sioux City

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm in Sioux City. It was tucked in a brown leather passport holder with a small sunset sticker on the back, and the cover shows the gold crest and 'United States of America' in gold. I last had it after grabbing a coffee at the Starbucks on Main Street, then walked toward the downtown library steps near 4th Street. It’s crucial for a trip next week and has sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandma. If anyone found it, please email [email protected]—I’d really appreciate getting it back.
