Lost radios near Tacoma Dome, Seattle-Tacoma area
I realized around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday that my two handheld radios were gone after leaving a concert area in the Seattle-Tacoma corridor. They’re compact and black, with a small display; one has a bright orange strap so they’re easy to spot. I remember standing by the Market Street entrance after the show and moving toward the bus stop near 6th Ave, then realizing what I’d lost. These radios were my backup for weekend hikes and volunteer gigs, so I’m hoping they’ve turned up somewhere nearby.
Beige duvet cover with navy piping, found near Pike Place
I found a beige queen-size duvet cover with navy piping this afternoon around 3:15pm outside Pike Place Market, near the street entrance on 1st Ave. It’s cotton sateen and in decent shape, with a small coffee stain along the bottom-left corner and a neat 'A.R.' monogram embroidered in navy on the top-left edge. The zipper works smoothly and there are no tears or pulls, just a bit of sun fade from being left out by the bench for a while. It was sitting by the sidewalk next to a striped tote bag, basically just waiting to be noticed. If this is yours, reply here with the monogram details and we can figure out a quick meetup nearby to get it back.
West Elm coffee table, smoked oak with black legs
I lost my West Elm coffee table yesterday around 3pm near Pike Place Market, outside the Market front on Pine Street by 1st Ave. It's a mid-century inspired piece, smoked oak veneer with black metal legs, about 48 inches long. The top has a few light scratches from daily use and there's a small dent on the underside of the shelf; there's also a faded West Elm tag on the bottom and a missing corner cap on the right leg, which makes it lean a touch. It means a lot to me—it was a gift from my sister-in-law and ties my living room together. If anyone found it, please drop me a note here.
Grey duvet cover set with navy piping
Found this grey quilted duvet cover set with navy piping this afternoon around 3:30 pm outside the Pike Place Market entrance on Pine Street in Seattle. It's a queen-size set with two matching pillowcases, and the fabric feels like a soft cotton blend. There's a small monogram 'AH' embroidered in the lower-right corner, and there's a faint coffee stain along the top edge that might wash out. The set is otherwise in good condition and smells freshly laundered. If this is yours, drop me a line and we can figure out a quick, safe pickup near the market to reunite it.
Lost ceramic knife set with a wooden block and distinctive colorful knives left at a friend's house in SeaTac.
I accidentally left my favorite ceramic knife set, complete with a wooden block, at a friend's house in SeaTac during a dinner party last weekend. I really loved this set, and it has a few distinctive colorful knives that were a wedding gift. If anyone has seen it or may have picked it up, please let me know!
