Missing person: Maya Chen, Scranton

I'm really worried—my sister, Maya Chen, vanished yesterday around 6pm in Scranton. We last saw her near the Steamtown entrance by the public library and she was walking toward Public Square, then her phone went dead. She's about 5'4", 130 pounds, with shoulder-length black hair and a small star tattoo on her right ankle. She was wearing a purple hoodie with a panda patch on the sleeve, dark jeans, and white sneakers. She also wears a silver bracelet with the initials 'MC' on her left wrist, and she has a mild medical condition that means I need her back safe and sound.
