Today around 3:30 p.m., I found a set of Travel Bags outside the Steamtown National Historic Site on Lackawanna Ave in Scranton. They were left on the steps near the entrance, a navy bag and a black bag with worn straps. I checked inside and saw clothes and travel essentials, nothing dangerous, and I brought them to the lost-and-found area at the site. Today around 2:30 PM I realized my driver's license was missing after I stopped for coffee near Nay Aug Park in Scranton. I remember paying for a latte and sliding the wallet back into my pocket, but the license isn't there anymore. I retraced steps along Pittston Avenue, around the Mall at Steamtown, and down Market Street, but I couldn't find it. Passing through the day without it feels stressful; I need to sort this out and just hope it turns up, because it's the one thing I rely on every day.
