Found a friendly black cat wearing a blue collar with no tags in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

I found a friendly black cat wandering around my yard in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre last night. It's wearing a blue collar with no tags. The cat seems well taken care of and is very affectionate! I want to find its owner, so if this is your cat, please reach out to me.
