Gold ring with emerald found near Scotts Bluff National Monument

I found a ring this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Scotts Bluff National Monument visitor center, tucked behind the gift shop by the path to the overlook. It’s a slim gold band, about a size 6.5, with a small oval emerald and a barely noticeable 'AJ' engraving on the inner side. The stone glints green in the sun, and there’s a faint scratch along the inner rim from hiking. If anyone recognizes it, please reach out with the engraving details or where you last had it—happy to return it to its owner.
