Found cockatiel near Santa Fe Plaza

Found a gray cockatiel this afternoon near the Santa Fe Plaza, by the Loretto Chapel approach along East Water Street. It's a tame bird with a bright yellow crest and orange cheek patches, in good feather condition and healthy overall. It has a blue leg band marked SF-07 on its right leg, plus a tiny bell on a string attached to the tail.
