I was walking back from the Santa Fe Farmers Market around 6:15 pm today when I spotted a brown leather passport holder on a bench near the Loretto Chapel, by the Santa Fe Plaza. Inside were two passports, one blue and one red, a folded boarding pass, and a small bookmark with a hummingbird sticker. I picked them up and kept them safe, hoping to reunite them with their owner; it looked like someone had set them down in a hurry while checking a map. I lost my blue plastic City of Santa Fe employee ID badge yesterday around 3pm, outside City Hall on Lincoln Avenue near the Santa Fe Plaza. It's a vertical badge in a blue plastic holder on a dark green lanyard. The badge shows my photo and name, 'Priya Patel,' with the title 'Public Works Coordinator' and a small holographic city seal. There's a coffee stain on the back edge and a tiny dent on the top-right corner—visually noticeable if you tilt it. This badge opens doors to the office and grants building access, and I really need it back.
