Red Pearl snare drum with skull sticker

Found a red Pearl snare drum this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the harbor market on Perkins Ave, Sandusky. It's a 14x6.5 inch shell with a bright red lacquer, chrome hardware, and a skull sticker on the shell. There are two maple drumsticks with black grips tucked into the snare basket, and I saw a faint 'A17' etched on the inside rim. It looks gently used but a bit dusty; I can hold onto it until the owner claims it.
