Missing microwaves from my Sandusky home
I realized at 9:15 this morning that two microwaves were missing from the kitchen in my Sandusky apartment on Jefferson Street. They sat side by side on the counter near the coffee maker, one with a dented door and the other with a scratch along the door panel. I’ve retraced every hallway and checked the building’s common laundry area, but they’re still gone. I’m hoping someone found them and just forgot to drop a note here, or maybe they got moved by a neighbor during last night’s quick cleaning. If you’ve seen them or know anything, please help me get them back.
Cordless drill kit with yellow case
Found a cordless drill kit this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind Sandusky Hardware on Water Street. It’s a Black & Decker 20V drill in a bright yellow case, a bit scuffed with a blue 'J.R.' label on the lid. There’s a small dent on the corner and a spare battery tucked inside the case along with a pencil and tape measure that wasn’t mine. I figured someone might be missing it after a DIY project, so I brought it here to help reunite it with its owner. If this sounds like yours, tell me the model number and describe the bits inside to confirm; I can meet in the same lot or at Lakeside Park nearby to hand it off.
Navy blue king duvet cover with white piping
I lost my navy blue king-size duvet cover set with white piping yesterday around 3pm near the public library on Meigs Street in Sandusky. It's a cotton percale set from Linen & Co. with a smooth zipper closure and a small decorative white stripe along the edge. There's a faint coffee stain on the lower right corner and a tiny pull thread along the top seam that might catch someone's eye. It means a lot to me because it was a gift from my grandmother and I’ve slept with it every night since I got it—really hoping to get it back. If anyone found it or picked it up, please reach out; I’ll be forever grateful.
