Red Ruffwear harness with blue name tag

I found this red Ruffwear dog harness this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Market Street pedestrian bridge over the River Walk in downtown San Antonio. It’s a medium-size nylon harness with reflective piping and white paw-print embroidery on the chest strap. There’s a small blue name tag that reads 'Nova' along with a phone number. The harness is in good used condition, just a bit of river dirt on the strap. I’m hoping the rightful owner sees this and can reclaim it.
