Red harmonica with star sticker found near River Walk

I found a red harmonica with a tiny blue star sticker on the top cover this afternoon around 3:15pm. It was sitting on a bench near the Concho River, by the Market Street Bridge behind the River Walk in San Angelo. It's a Hohner Special 20, red lacquered cover with a few scrapes on the corners and a worn plastic comb. The soft black zipper case has a pink strap, and inside there was a handwritten note on a scrap of receipt that says 'Maya'—not sure if that's the owner, but I hope it helps.
