Olive parka with fur-trimmed hood

Found this olive-green Columbia parka this afternoon around 4pm behind the Salina Public Library on Main Street. It's a size Large, water-resistant shell with a gray faux-fur hood trim. There’s a small tear at the left cuff and a bright blue inner lining pocket with a tiny mountain patch on the left sleeve. The zipper works and there’s a reflective stripe along the hem for visibility. I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner; if this sounds like yours, it might be worth checking, since it looks well cared for despite the wear from the wind by the library steps.
