Found digital camera with pink fox-strap near library

I found a black Canon PowerShot with a bright pink fabric strap and a tiny fox charm attached to the strap. I found it this morning around 10am behind the Salina Public Library on S 3rd St, near the bike racks. The camera powers on and shows a few recent vacation photos; the screen has a few scratches and the strap is super distinctive.
